Douglas Wolf, Chief Executive Officer, Founded ICA’s principal shareholder, Intercontinental Pacific Group, Inc. (“IPG”) in 1983.  IPG’s activities have focused on structuring leveraged lease transactions and trading in lease equipment.  Since 1983, ICA, IPG and their affiliates have managed and invested in more than $10 billion worth of transactions. 

Prior to forming IPG, Doug was the President of Intercontinental Leasing Associates, Inc. (“ILA”).  ILA specialized in structuring large leasing transactions for institutional buyers.  For approximately ten years prior to forming ILA, Doug was a partner in a law firm of Kantor & Wolf, which specialized in international business transactions. He received his undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley in 1967 and received his Law degree from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall in 1970.
