Michael S. Rosen

           Michael S. Rosen is currently the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Context Capital Management, LLC, a market-neutral hedge fund advisor with offices in San Diego, California and Greenwich, Connecticut.  Context currently manages in excess of $600 million in arbitrage strategies on behalf of foreign and domestic institutions, fund of funds, and high-net-worth investors.

            From January 1996, when The Rochester Funds were acquired by Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., to February 2000, Mike served as President of The Rochester Division of Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. Prior thereto, he was President of Rochester Fund Distributors, Inc., a broker/dealer and principal underwriter of The Rochester Funds and Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Rochester Capital Advisors, LP.

            Mikeholds a BA in Economics (1982) and an MBA in Finance and Marketing (1983), both from the University of Rochester. He also holds a CFA degree.

           Mr. Rosen currently serves on the Boards of Entravision (NYSE - EVC), a Hispanic media company, Global Locate, LLC, a privately held location-based technology company and the United Jewish Federation of San Diego.  He is married with three children.
